Shipping Policy and Payment
Books, binders, CDs etc
For books, binders, CD's etc. we offer two kinds of shipment
- Standard shipment (included in the product price)
- Priority shipment (additional charge)
Standard Shipment
Packing and Standard Shipment Cost are included in the product price as
listed on our web sites and order forms. Our shipment carriers are German
Post World Net and partners. Orders will be fulfilled one to two working
days after payment has been received. All orders will be sent through air
mail. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this
point your product is only 6-10 working days away from arriving at your
office. Receiving companies will have to sign when the shipment arrives.
For standard shipment we will not e-mail shipping details. In the
unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 working days after
you received the confirmation e-mail, please reply to the confirmation
e-mail and we will rectify the situation
If your product includes access to password protected websites the USER
ID and Password will be included in your confirmation e-mail. Typically this
allows you to study some material before the shipment arrives.
Priority Shipment
For urgent needs we offer priority shipment through DHL or FedEx.
Typically orders will be fulfilled one working day after payment has been
received. Additional costs can be covered by your corporate DHL of FedEx
number or are charged by Labcompliance
- For North America and Europe: $100
- Rest of world: $150
Alternatively please provide us with your company's DHL or FedEx number.
Please specify 'priority shipment' (with your DHL/FedEx number if
available) in your order form in the comments/special instructions line. The
confirmation e-mail will include DHL/FedEx shipping details.
Shipment of Electronic Documents
Electronic documents are
- mailed through e-mail as PDF, MS Word or Zip File or
- can be downloaded from a special password protected website.
Typical delivery is one to two working days after payment has been
confirmed.
If your product includes access to password protected websites the USER ID
and Password will be included in your confirmation e-mail.
Payment
Payment can be made through credit card, check and wireless bank transfer
or purchase order. Fastest payment and delivery is ensured through credit
card. We accept, VISA, Master Card and Amex
